Order Processing & Fulfillment
At Angry Bear Arms, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery progress.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping for both domestic and international orders.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) – $12 (estimated delivery: 2-5 business days after processing)
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on package weight and destination.
International Shipping
- Flat Rate International Shipping – $40 (estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing)
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
- International restrictions: Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local regulations. If an order is placed that cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and issue a full refund.
Shipping Restrictions & Compliance
Angry Bear Arms complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of firearm-related products.
- Firearm parts and accessories cannot be shipped to locations where prohibited by law.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted states/localities.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of local laws and regulations before placing an order.
If an order is placed that violates shipping restrictions, it will be canceled and refunded in full.
Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but missing, you must file a claim with USPS. Angry Bear Arms is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
- Delayed Shipments: Shipping times are estimates only and can be affected by weather, holidays, customs, or carrier delays. If you experience an unusual delay, please contact us for assistance.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unused, unopened iron sights within 30 days of delivery. If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, we offer a full refund minus shipping charges, provided the sights have not been installed or used.
Due to safety and legal restrictions, custom sights and certain firearm-related items may be non-returnable. If you’re unsure about compatibility, contact us before ordering—we’ll make sure you get the right setup.
